When asked "whats the most common cause of drug-induced lupus?" - we think procainamide (some even say hydralazine)..........but these drugs have been prescribed less and less in the past few yrs and some sources say that Minocycline is now the MCC of DILE - do we stick with procainamide or go for minocycline if this ques is asked?

in my experience, this question likely would not be asked. It would be a choice between one drug that is known to cause DILE and 4 drugs that are now. NOW, the right answer may be obscure (i.e. not hydralazine, procainamide, etc.) but it likely wont ask you which one is more right
