MCG vs Tufts vs Georgetown

MCG
Pros:
- state school so cheaper (but fortunate to not have to be too concerned about money)
- close to family
- has a track to shorten training
Cons:
- multiple campus that are far
- graded clerkships
- largest class
- small town

Tufts
Pros:
- higher ranking than MCG
- classes are more small group learning and not as many are required
- match list seems good
Cons
- cost
- weather is really cold
- super far away from family and friends

Georgetown
Pros:
- preclinical and clinical are P/F
- match list for competitive specialties (anesthesia, ortho, plastics) is good
- chance to do work in policy because DC
Cons:
- cost
- closer than tufts to my family but still further than mcg
- aoa? internal rankings?

I have having P/F preclinical and clinical are really important since that'll save a LOT of stress. Without having to worry about money, and with this being closer to family than Tufts, I would consider this over Tufts, and slightly higher than MCG if you don't want to stress about graded clerkships. If you wish to be closer to family support, MCG all the way, but Georgetown seems to offer a lot of benefits for you.

My personal opinion: Georgetown > MCG > Tufts

Georgetown > Tufts > MCG

I would have put MCG above Tufts because it's cheaper, but you said you were fortunate to not have to be too concerned about money. If family is dealbreaker than I'd switch MCG and Tufts. Regardless Georgetown is the definite top choice here with P/F, good reputation/rank, and good match. If working in policy is a goal of yours, then it's a no-brainer. Congrats!!

You listed a con for MCG being small town and also that you would be interested in DC policy. If city and/or policy is what you want, then Georgetown or Tufts will be the best options. I would consider AOA or ranking (especially with P/F) much smaller variables in comparison to the other factors.

Congrats on great acceptances. One instinct says MCG for family, but the other says Georgetown for everything else. Since you said Georgetown is closer than tufts maybe it is a good middle ground in that regard.
