McMaster visiting electives

Hey everyone, I'm an M3 from U of Manitoba. I'm planning to do an internal med or subspecialty visiting elective at Mac for M4. Just wondering if anyone has any electives they would recommend or enjoyed in particular. Don't really know anyone at Mac so I'd appreciate some insight. Thank you!!

For core IM, St. Joe's or the Jurv are good rotations, otherwise I'd recommend doing subspecialty electives you enjoy, don't do electives in subspecialties you don't know much about, it can be harder to get a good letter.
