I am! I submitted my app on 11/01 and am currently working on the supplemental. Do you mind if I ask when you submitted your app? Good luck on your interview!! 🙂
 
I submitted my PharmCAS in mid September and completed my supplemental on Oct 21. It took them around 2 weeks to send an interview invite. Thanks and good luck to you too!! 🙂
 
I scheduled an interview for Dec. 19th. Anyone else going on that date?

i got my acceptance last week! i am a little sad to turn down this school but i already accepted an offer from another school which i think is just as suitable to me.

the interview was one on one. they ask you typical questions like why pharmacy, tell me about yourself, leadership, etc. the one thing that was different is that they give you a scenario at the end and ask you what you would do. i didn't think i answered that part so well but hey, i still got in!

good luck to everyone who will be interviewing! it's a great school and great faculty - i'm sure you will be impressed.

When did you interview and how soon did you hear back from them? I interviewed Jan 13th and am eager to hear back from them. I think I would for sure pick this school if I got in. They said 2 weeks but i'm not sure if that's a definite time span!!!

yup two weeks sounds about right...but mine took a little longer bc my interview was on dec 19 just before they all left for the holidays. the acceptance letter was dated jan 3
 
Do anyone know how many tranfer students they will most take?? I already have a BS and Master's degree, just trying to see what my chances are.........and I just applied, maybe too late ??😕
 
is anyone for sure attending mcphs? maybe we should create a facebook page......maybe we can also find apartment, rooms together?
 
how long did it take you guys/girls to receive interview notifications?! i received a confirmation email from brian on jan 24. [i submitted my supplemental a week before that]. this waiting game is killer!

74777........i'm in the same boat as you are. I just applied on 2/1, and received an email today, stating that my app is under review.............................Wondering how long it's going to take😕
 
So I received a call from Brian today (director of admissions)
If I choose to attend I have a provisional acceptance, meaning they want me to take a few courses over again and then enter into the program internally the next year………not sure how I feel about that

This often happens at MCPHS Boston when the 3rd year class is basically full and the 2nd year class isn't. They take some of the weaker candidates (not weak. Just weaker. Might be a B+ average instead of an A-) and try to get an extra year's worth of tuition out of them.
 
I was put on waiting list without interview. Is it waiting list for interview notification? I'm confused!

I am in the same position (Manchester campus). Don't really know what will happen next?
