Oh i'm from a quarter system school too. Just do want you can and they will look at your transcript again and send you your final pre req form with your interview invite in the mail

finally just submitted my supp. is there a supp fee or how do I pay for it?
cuz it just says:

Submitted Forms
Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences - Doctor of Pharmacy
Supplemental Application for Doctor of Pharmacy Program for Fall 2012-Worcester

but it didn't take me to a different page to pay or anything...

You don't have to pay if you submit before December.
 
Anyone got an interview date yet?
I got a confirmation that app has been received and submitted but nada else🙁

I never got a confirmation or anything, but I got a call today and set up an interview for next week.

and if everyone had the same question as I did, no there isn't a fee. I emailed the school and asked and they said no fee lol.

I received a letter by mail for interview and my grades for pre-pharmacy courses today. I am both happy and nervous because I never had an interview in my life. What I can do is only praying and praying because I'm not confident like your guy. Good luck to all of you too.

Wait so do they ail or mail invites? And what do u mean grades for prereq?
Cuz of they mail it my parents are gonna get to see it before me since I'm at college :/

My post office has decided to send back all of my mail to the senders for the past several weeks because me and my family have been in the process of moving. Do you think I should give them a call, I am positive they have received each item for to complete my application process so far. Has anyone had any luck calling them? I wish they didn't do snail mail~! 🙂

i would definitely call, they are extremely nice.
 
Just finished my interview at MCPHS Worcester, I would say the experience is the best I've had so far. The staff was extremely friendly and my interviewer was a recent graduate and now faculty. She was very relax and even left the radio on when we chatted. Yes, I did say we chatted instead of interviewed LOL

Hope everyone else enjoy the process as well 👍

How long was the interview? And if you came from out of state, how did you get to campus from the airport and which hotel did you stay at?

To be honest i have no idea how long the interview is...maybe 30 mins? But the whole time we pretty much just chatted about anything...weather...hobbies...school...

Shes so young, she graduated 2-3 years ago i felt like i was hitting on her...🙁

oh well!

I flew Southwest from California to Chicago then to Boston. Took Knights shuttle service to Hilton Garden Inn for $51+tip then walked literally 5 mins to MCPHS down the street. I hope this is detail enough lol.
Other people suggest taking the train/bus/whatever, but from out of state that arrived at 8pm i rather just hop on a shuttle and come straight to the hotel and rest. my 2 cents.
 
do they still make you take off your shoes at the airport security?
or is it only coat/sweater?

that's just great :/ now i can't wear my wedges w/the straps cuz it'll take too long to take off / put on....

The full body scanners are amusing every time I go through them because I get to do a Vogue pose like Madonna for 5 seconds.

How's the essay? Is it a hard question or easy question? Do you get to choose from a list?

You get to choose from a list of 5 questions. They are very easy to answer to and more your personal stories in relations to those questions.
 
Has anyone who has interviewed already heard anything back?

Did you meet with any students during your interview?
 
I have not interview yet, but I was told that you will only get to meet current students if your interview date is on a Saturday. During the weekdays, the students are just too busy to participate

Since you seem to be the only one owning up to having interviewed already were you able to meet with students last Thursday. I am interviewing this Thursday and I have some very student specific questions.

Sorry did not get a chance to speak with current students. The whole interview process was very speedy. In and out.

My interview is tomorrow and I still never got anything saying my application was complete or the interview invite. Kate called me last week to set up the interview.

After setting up your interview, you should have gotten a letter in the mail confirming your date. If you know for a fact you scheduled it then no worries.

Anyone applied to the Manchester campus? Which one would be better? I didn't realize that the Manchester campus is taught via videoconferencing from the Worcester campus. Ideas?

Received my interview offer this past Friday via snail mail... plan to schedule with Kate tomorrow morning. Besides that, MCPHS never said a word.
 
MCPHS processed very quickly, I got my acceptance Friday.
They give you 30 days to place deposit. Good luck everyone.

Although I would prefer west coast schools, I do like MCPHS's style and the east coast environment. It is something new and with a bonus that my brother is also on the east coast. I'll have to weigh the pros and cons and decide.

My application for Manchester was sent on a Monday & received on Tuesday and they emailed me to set up an interview for 2 weeks later. I think my application was processed quickly because I had went in and had a consult with the school last April, so they already had an idea of who I was and seen my grades.
