Anyone else get an email similar to WashU? What is the mcat cut off and should I consider sending in my app? Are they like WashU where they will probably still reject my butt?

I got that email too. I am from North Carolina but both of my parents went to college in Wisconsin and are from there. I figured that is why I got it, but I guess it is just random. Are people getting this with absolutely no WI ties?

Also, does anyone really know the MCAT cut-off for these letters (i.e. WashU, MCW, et. al.)? I know it's been brought up before, but some ppl say above 30, others above 35...

I received that too (and my mcat was pretty bad). I'm thinking it might be because I had registered with the Med-MAR service when I registered for the mcat. Did ya'll also sign up for that minority service?
