MD is more competitive?

I am international medical stduents and I will get MD degree soon.
I wonder that MD is more competitive to get admission from Top MPH course? If it is, how much? enough to cover other shortage? (lack of experience, research, low score..something)

getting into american medical schools is almost impossible for international applicants. i think getting into an MPH program would be easier, even the most competitive one. i can't tell you exactly how much harder it is to get into med school, but i know it's very hard for international medical grads. it might be a little easier to get a residency.
