MD-MBA - bad intentions?

My primary goal is to become a physician, but I'm very interested in the management of health organizations/systems and health policy leadership. I currently have some evidence from my extracurriculars to support my motivation. Would mentioning my intentions of applying for a MD-MBA dual degree (after I enroll in medical school) on my secondary application essays hurt my chances?

I definitely am. But most of the schools that I am applying to only has MD-MBA for those interested in management.

I prefer to pursue the MD-MBA dual degree rather than enrolling in MBA during or after residency.

It's one of those things that at interviews that I've pretty much never heard anyone say they were interested in it, but I'm sure once you get in things change (i.e., maybe it's not the best thing to say in the app process)

Other opinions on whether mentioning my interest in an MD-MBA dual degree program in the secondary application or at the interview might hurt my chances than do me good? (I have a bit of business and management background)

Maybe I'm missing something here, but if they offer the dual MD-MBA then why should the school hold that against you? I'd rather be managed by a physician than Joe-business student.
