Can anyone offer an explanation behind the side effects of inhaled anesthetics?

- Inc. cerebral blood flow (due to dec. cerebral metabolic demand)

- Myocardial depression

- Respiratory depression (but inc. in respiratory rate??)

- Dec. renal blood flow (and dec. GFR)
