Typical what are my chances/how do you think I'll do with interviews thread.

Step 1: 254

Med 3 grades: honors in 4/4 of my blocks so far; still haven't done surgery yet though

Research: 1 first author non-ENT surgical pub, 1 second author non-ENT OR-related pub, 3 poster presentations in non-ENT stuff. Have a few ENT projects going right now; hoping to get at least a case report/case series published as well as continue working on this big systematic review.

LORs: come from a big top 5-10 ENT program; have gotten to know at least 3-4 attendings fairly well, including the chair. Hoping for some solid letters.

Although I'm not in any position to give advice here, I may be able to predict what others who are will tell you:

keep up the hot streak and honor Surg + get ENT pubs + get solid ENT letters + interview well = you're golden
