Med school application questions

Forgive me if this topic has been covered before, but what questions will I be expecting to find on the primary med school application. I hear stories of people who have completed their application before June 1st and on June 1st turn it in. What else am I to expect besides a personal statement? And how is it possible for these people to complete an application before it even comes out?
