Medical Genetics Vs Preventive Medicine Vs Pm & R

Okay, I'm an MS 3 and I ran into the afore-mentioned residencies, that are not usually mentioned or very common. Is there anyone here that can advice on these fields. i.e training, salary, job market etc. Also can one practice clinically, in any of these fields. I already read up on them on line, but I just wanted to get a personal opinion from others.

No those are pretend residencies where you get a pretend license and you just shadow for the rest of your life
