Medical Informatics Course at your medical school

Hi Guys, I was wondering if you had a medical inforamtics course at your medical school. What kind of topics are discussed/lectured on? How long does the course last? Do you normally take it your first semested in medical school? I would appreciate any feedback. THANK YOU~ AJC
