Closest I could suggest would be sermo but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

You know, it's a guild because getting the information has always been difficult, or maybe getting the information is difficult because it's a guild... hmm...

Scroll down the main page to find foums on ethics and health care delivery. Just use the search function (in the blue bar at the top) and search for your question. Threads will come up.
