Medical School Transcript Mistake

Two of my away electives that I am set to do later this fall are listed under the passed summer semester with the wrong dates and show an "extended" grade. I don't want programs to see this and think I'm slacking with only 2 classes this Fall (which is what it looks like under the transcript).

I've not yet submitted my application, but I'm ready to do it tonight. Is there a way to submit my application but hold back only on sending the school transcript until the correct one is updated? If not, then should I hold back on submitting my apps in general until I get word that the correct transcript is uploaded (could be another 3-4 days)? I am applying to IM.

Hold back, I don't think 3-4 days will make much of a difference, and you want to make sure you have the correct transcript, it'll be a headache later otherwise.

Ok. But if I submit as it is now though and the correct transcript gets updated in 3-4 days, programs would get a notification of an update correct? And I would able to view this through ADTS?
