Medical University of Gdansk - what's it like?

I am an English student looking to study medicine in Europe.

Can any one comment on these questions in relation to courses taught in English at the Medical University Gdansk, Poland.

• How good are the lecturers?
• Are they easy to understand?
• How good is the library?
• How good is the IT?
• What size are the classes?
• How many British students enroll each year?
• What are the halls of residence like?
• How long does it take to get from the halls of residence to the lecture theatres?
• What percentage of the exams are oral, not written?
• What’s it like overall?

• How good are the lecturers? depends who u have, most of them are worthless
• Are they easy to understand? they get posted online so no worries
• How good is the library? ghetto...but quiet...has wifi which is a +
• How good is the IT? hmm...maybe 30 computers
• What size are the classes? 10-15 ppl per group-150 in each year,
• How many British students enroll each year? 80% come from sweden, 20% make up norway, north america, uk, germany and others
• What are the halls of residence like? new and renovated but nothing like what you're used to, can get messy though, the ladies at the dorms don't speak english
• How long does it take to get from the halls of residence to the lecture theatres? 7 mins exactly
• What percentage of the exams are oral, not written? almost none
• What's it like overall? lots of details, teachers will make sure you respect them, school is in the ghettoest part of the city imho i dont walk down those streets once it gets dark, cabs, trains, trams, buses are good way of getting around, there's a student club next to the dorms, looks aweful on the outside and inside but the club itself is renovated, and has cheap drinks and has some fun events
