medically related summer abroad opps?

Does anyone know of any summer abroad opportunities that are medically related in some way. Funded opportunities are more welcome, but I'm also open to hearing about programs where you have to pay, provided that it is not exorbitant. Location is not particularly important, with a preference for a country that is chinese, french, or spanish-speaking, or non-English speaking.

I don't know of any opportunities that are funded... I've been looking into doing a volunteer abroad but they all cost a lot of $$. I'm considering a program with eliabroad.com, and goabroad.com is a kind of "search engine" for abroad programs.

I'm practically wasting my life savings on a 2month trip but I have a feeling it WILL be worth it.
