She used FB's ability to PM me last night and was fishing for info about who has been cleared, etc.. seemed odd to me. Nothing solid, but it is the best I have right now...

I was wanting to know who was cleared because you have popped into the thread, said someone was cleared after someone put in a vote for them and then changed your vote to that person because they didn't see your post and didn't waffle. (EC being the example a few days ago).

I'd prefer not to be wasting my time reading up on someone's posts and past votes if they were recently cleared. Simple as that.

I have already shared my role with many. I'm McKayla Maroney. I'm not impressed and cannot be converted.

Going to the shelter to volunteer, I'll be back in a couple hours.

Sorry I disappeared guys. Between Wednesday and Sunday I worked at least 75 hours and was sleeping at most 3-4 hours at a time. I really wasn't expecting that to happen, but you know how life is.

Yes, I had mentioned someone was clear a few days ago, shortly after I said that EC voted to lynch that person... I waited a bit to see if she would change, she did not... so I replied to her lynch vote again saying that that person had been cleared, waited some more and still no change... at that point, that person that had been cleared was in the lead to be lynched and deadline was approaching... so I switched my vote to EC for two reasons... because she had not responded to the fact that that person and been cleared and because she had the next highest votes against her... I would have rather seen someone lynched that had not been cleared vs. the player that had been... it makes sense to me.

Also, I don't tend to tell the entire thread who has been cleared instantly... for various reasons... wolves will want to kill off cleared people and keep us guessing and because it allows me to see who is voting where to start off... If a vote starts to get out of control for someone that was just cleared then I can pop in and say that person was cleared but if I don't have to do that, it is best to keep that info out of the main thread... I have shared my info with another FBI member so someone will still have it should it be needed.
 
I never requested it to be posted in the main thread. I agree that it shouldn't be. However, since I have the ability to communicate and have no one else in my group, I wanted to see if you had info to share on who was cleared. I don't see how that's harmful.

I'll be back in a bit, but what a waste of a lynch.
 
Tropic and I agreed to switch places in case the FBI wants to clear her tonight. The last person to snitch on her was Hedgie. She told me that Tropic was still a villager and I'm inclined to believe that because Tropic had been nothing but open in our PMs. That being said I know it's hard to trust anyone end game.

lynch nyanko because I don't have a good reason or any inkling of who to lynch.
 
Still waiting to see if EC signs on and says anything, otherwise I will come back in a bit to cast a vote.
 
Has anyone bothered investigating nyanko or EC lately? Recently, we have Packen clearing Lissa, DVM/Packen clearing Swings, DVM clearing Tropic. Also, who has cleared DVM and Packen? All I see is each one saying they trust the other.

I think it's important to be sharing info at this point. We're just hurting ourselves by stabbing in the dark.

At this point... no one is clear... It is hard to investigate people with the FBI snitch as I have explained to you... because everyone is basically clearing themselves...with the exception of orca/tropic... which is why I had orca re-investigated last night.... got a fairly similar response as to what I got when TRH snitched orca's role to me.... so chances are greater that she is not a wolf.

Basically everyone else is fair game, no one else has been cleared beyond that except maybe swings... but again that info is also hearsay from another player and not directly from the player that investigated her...

I don't know how you suppose we investigate the others... everyone would be snitching on themselves...

We could all out our roles, but again, that is pointless because we are looking for a conversion... so original roles are meaningless at this point.

So honestly, from what I know... there really is not any information..

And I did not clear tropic... I was told tropic was cleared via FBI investigation... it was not my investigation though... and it was back when TRH was snitch... so take that for what it is worth.

Ok, fair enough. The lack of reliability is frustrating. I'm going to go with lynch nyanko. Nothing more than hasn't been around or voted much. :shrug:

I'm not a wolf, so lynching me is -1 for the villagers. Someone is sneaking by quite well and I don't want it to get until there are four people left, but we're certainly heading that way.

Care to explain what? I obviously was still able to perform the FBI role so my guess is that EC's block failed when tropic attacked her... because otherwise I should not have been able to use the FBI role.
 
As for DVMD, I was asked to be the snitch last night but of course I don't know which FBI agent requests it. But it would be pretty bold for DVMD to claim to be using the role when the other two FBI agents can easily contradict her.

I cleared lissa with reddit's ability. It made another player un-seerable, but it was expected.

Sheeps cleared me and found out everything about my role. Then he told me EVERY single player he cleared and what nights, plus their roles. Obviously he is dead and it sucks for me, but I knew PP would reveal a wolf when she died, we even talked about the timing of lynching her if it got close to the end to find the (hopefully) last wolf. I would not have let another wolf kill her knowing that. Again, she is also dead.

Sheeps cleared swings on night 6, the night the worm came back, but we found the worm. Swings has been on the lynching block so many times, if I were a wolf, I would have just let her get lynched and kept my mouth shut. Granted I guess there could be more conversions since Samoa died (day 10, now day 15). After seering Lissa I have been afraid to use reddit's power again, permanently blocking another player is pretty high price.

I really have nothing else to say for me being a villager. I told everyone my role and ability a super long time ago. I will say it again: I am ikea monkey - I have protection at night from negative acts because I live in my glass house or something like that.

It wouldn't be pre-vet WW w/o some dead person wanting to replace the quiet living players, or decide a lynch vote.

I swear I have tried to come up with a game mechanic to do that en masse.... and ended up with 2 freaking games instead:laugh:

Having said that..... I completely support LIS' position.

It's also pretty bold to claim to have blocked someone when the block failed (EC would know if it failed). Just worth noting.

Sorry, where are you getting that tropic attacked me? I just reread the writeup and tropic's not mentioned.
 
Ok.. my role is the push it somewhere else patrick meme.... I am able to move people... it is very specific though.. I can move people out of my group or into my group, I can not move myself... the movement acts as protection for the person.... I have been very unsure of everyone lately so I have not been using it as much.. .but you can look back and see that I was using it rather religiously before and I had been protecting sheeps for quite some time as well as some other players.... I was even asking others for opinions on who would be best to protect so my thoughts were not the only ones going into my movements/protections.

If you lynch me, you will be losing this protection... as well as the second ability in the game to move people which would be beneficial right now so that we can get some people shifted around to investigate via the FBI.

Nyanko saved by something? The write-up really makes it sound like EC saved nyanko, but am I reading too much into that?

I have never been told whether or not my block did anything. I was specifically mentioned in the writeup and, AFAIK, am the only blocker alive, so I assumed it was me blocking DVMD that prevented the kill. Could be wrong. Y'all have as much info as me about that now.

Not necessarily.. that depends on what the mod decides to tell each player... but I do know that other players have been informed when they were blocked... I was never informed and since I was still able to use the FBI role, I am going to suggest that I was probably not blocked successfully.

Earlier you were claiming the FBI is essentially useless and that you get no real info because people snitch on themselves. Now you're saying that it's valuable to be able to move people for snitching purposes.

You were specifically mentioned in the writeup probably because I attacked you specifically. And there are other mechanisms for a wolf kill not happening besides blocking. Protection, conversions...am I missing something here? I really don't think we need to be locked into thinking your block was successful and that's the ONLY reason the wolf kill didn't go through.

Seriously... we need to investigate those that are currently leaders... we can do that two ways:

-Reddit's ability and then keep making other people unseerable as Packen mentioned just a few posts ago and then we will really be screwed...

OR

-Via FBI snitching... obviously we don't want people snitching themselves so we need to move people around, shift people so that we have different people snitching for others.... kind of what orca/tropic did in wiki....

Make sense?

Nevermind, I remember DocE saying that if you didn't receive something saying you weren't successful, you were to assume it worked.

I don't know what has just happened, but I'm going to trust that if DVM was blocked, the investigation wouldn't go through. It's either that or someone is really confused.
 
Well, dunno where the votes are at. But I suppose we're not losing a whole lot if I'm killed. Just a body on the villager side.
 
With the fbi though, is the snitch is the one really doing the action. That would mean that for the investigation to be blocked, you would have to block the snitch perhaps. I dunno, I had it set in my mind that if EC came back with having blocked someone, it was going to be good enough reason for me to cast a lynch vote.

How the FBI is blocked is something I want to know too. If the investigator is blocked or both the investigator and snitch have to be blocked. Sigh....this game is so confusing. Where's that DocE meme...
