Is it necessary to mention the name of the school specifically in each secondary?

I am currently writing secondaries and I am focusing my essay on the mission statement and core values of the schools, but for a lot of the secondaries, the prompts don't seem to necessitate mentioning that school specifically.

For example, here are UT Houston's questions:

1. How have your experiences prepared you to be a physician?

2. Describe a time or situation where you have been unsuccessful or failed.
What did you learn from this experience and how have you applied this learning to your work and/or life?

3. What would you like to contribute and be remembered for in medicine?

4. List the area (or areas) of medicine that appeals to you and briefly explain.

Is it sufficient to answer these focusing on the school's values? Or do I need to work in the name and stuff about the curriculum?

You don't need to, no. However "The Scholarly concentration requirement at Stanford University School of Medicine will allow for..." Sounds a lot more professional/formal then "The Scholarly concentration will allow for..."

It may just be that I stylistically lean more towards the professional/formal side of things so far as these things go...But that is my take.

Focus on answering the prompts. If a school wanted to see their name and read a bunch of BS, they would ask for a "why us" essay. 😉
Oh yah, my bad. Didn't read the full question. Only do the whole curriculum name drop thing in the why us or how can you contribute essays.
