Mentioning Disease/Disability on Application

Hello,
I plan on reapplying to medical school this cycle, and I'm wondering whether or not I should mention my history of epilepsy in my application. It played a huge part in my decision to pursue medicine, but I am concerned that schools may discriminate me because of this. Any advice?
