Applying into heme/onc fellowship soon. My mentors in oncology at my residency program seem absolutely crunched for time and I can't help but feel like a burden despite doing everything I can to go above and beyond in every assignment I seek out and/or am given. How do I go about choosing a fellowship program where I'll be surrounded by mentors who actually have time to help me achieve my goals? What specific things can I look for?

Look for fellows in the program that seem to be achieving whatever it is your goals are.
