does schools offer scholarships for good academics upon being accepted?
i have a 3.94 GPA and am hoping some schools could offer scholarships. (specifically interested in SUNY, new england, saluls--and its probably safe to assume SUNY doesn't offer much considering its a state school)

I'm not a US citizen, so there may be more than that I know of. But out of the three schools you mentioned (and those were the only ones that I applied to), NECO offered me a renewable entrance scholarship that was a good amount.
