Messed up on "Please list the US dental school(s) to which you have previously applied below"

I just recently submitted my application; however, I forgot to list the dental schools I applied to last cycle. I simply typed "a" and was intending to come back to that question later after I got everything else together and looked through my application history to gather the necessary info but I forgot to and submitted my application anyway.

Is there anyway I could fix this and is it extremely important?

I would just contact the program and inform them of what happened. Include what you would have stated for the answer and perhaps they'll be able to add that to the application.
