Microbiology on PCAT

I was wondering how you guys found the microbiology to be on the PCAT for the July test takers or anyone who has took it recently. Was it very detailed in viruses etc ? Is the Dr Collins sufficient? I have not took Microbiology in school yet

I found Dr. Collins sufficient enough in their microbiology section, but I also remembered a decent amount of info from my microbiology class a year and half ago. Nevertheless, with Collins you will do fine on micro but there will be a couple questions from micro particularly about diseases where you just hope they ask about one that you have seen before.

I had a couple of micro questions. Dr Collins will provide you with what you need to know. I would recommend cracking the pacts micro section. I used that along with dr Collins and biology ended up being my best section.

Kaplan definitely isn't sufficient for the microbiology/immunology if anyone was wondering. I was lucky to have known the questions from my courses.
