Mid tier IM programs

Hello. I'm a fourth year osteopathic med student. Was wondering if I could get into mid level allo IM program without taking usmle. I have taken comlex and did average on them. Slightly above avg on level 1.

there are so many factors that go into getting a residency I think.
not in any order:
board scores, clerkship grades, first 2 year grades, are there any students from your school already in a residency program and doing well, research, interview, away rotation at a good hospital that is equal in ranking to where you want to go. It is very hard with the information you gave to really give you an answer. its like a patient that comes in with a very non-specific complaint and wants an answer to what they have.

Honestly, probably not. I got > 650 on both and was surprised by how many interviews I didn't get despite a really solid app and applying only to programs that stated that they took comlex on their website. Half, like 12/25. The 'mid tier' program that I did match was my no 1 tho and I got a nod from UF and some programs of that caliber that said I would match there.
