Midnight EST

i am hoping for an email from U of L 😀

some schools will probably have aadsas updated at midnight and others may send out emails, HOPEFULLY!!!!!
 
Do we really think AADSAS will come through? Will we really see any emails?


It seems so unreal and unlikely............doesn't it?

I do know this will officially be the longest hour in the history of hours... Supposedly some schools update their websites/AADSAS after midnight..
 
i think the schools have the control at this point, not aadsas. so, the schools can choose to update aadsas or not. there may be a way for a school to automatically update at a certain time.

just like sending out emails. i think the schools can set up an email to automatically be sent out at midnight b/c obviously they aren't going to have someone sitting around just to email us at midnight.

Hit the nail on the head my friend. I'm gonna be fast asleep by then. But I have to admit, this has been one of the weirdest years of my life.
 
After getting accepted to 2 schools and then see them disappear, I am not counting on much in the next few hours. I doubt anything too cool will actually go down. I hope I am wrong, but man sleeping will be hard to do with any disappointment on the brain.

I bet my friend 100 bucks that the Lakers will win. (everytime I bet on any team they lose) It is a win-win for me.

I have heard he lost weight also, no number on that though.

I guess I do expect aadsas to update, but I am having doubts.

Emails seem unlikely from my schools.

So would AADSAS update at midnight eastern time?

buffalo has pre-setted the aadsas status page to update at midnight. not sure if an email will accompany it tho. g'luck!
 
It seems like AADSAS has done almost nothing this whole cycle, honestly I don't think anything is gonna change in 45 mins. BUT... I hope im wrong!

In general, I am with you on this one. But something did happen already today though, so you never know.
 
well the aadsas offices are located in MA and washington d.c, so if they're going to update it i would think it would be EST
 
yea as excited as i will be if i see something at 12, i am not believing anything until i get it in writing!
 
I wouldn't be surprised if it all went down at more like 5 am est or 7am est.

Yes, they updated me at my 2nd favorite school from "in review" to blank...oooooo...the suspense🙂😉

ah, on the daily show i'm watching it's teancious D. you west coasters must be watching YESTERDAY'S show. in 3 hrs. tenacioius D will be on...again supporting EST as the "real" time 😛
 
So if it doesn't update at midnight, there would be no use in staying up 'till 3am, so that it is midnight on pacific time?

🙁...yes, I just figured it out too...us left-coasters are a little ssslllooowww. Oh well, entertainment in a few hours, I'll let you know then how it pans out!🙂
 
This is like shoppers waiting outside the stores on Black Friday. It was the longest hour for them and it is the longest hour for you guys. Another similarity, they didn't know what the outcome of their wait would be due to limited quantities and you don't know what the outcome will be until the hour
 
I just know that i'm going to look back at this thread in one year, and be soooo proud to have participated in such a worthwhile use of my time🙂

aadsas isn't going to update anything at 12, the school will do it tomorrow
