What time does the application open on June 16th? Midnight? EST? PST?

I couldn't find any information on the AADSAS/ADEA website about a specific time. Does anyone know

Looking at posts from previous years it looks like it opens at an undetermined time in the afternoon— they probably don’t have a set announced open time so their servers don’t get overwhelmed.
