I would give them a jingle and ask to be 100% sure. But I'm going to go ahead and say they're strict about it. They certainly have stacked pre-reqs, but they expect them all. I'm aware of only a few exceptions they've made for people that were worked out one-on-one after acceptance. I also know at AZ they had an issue with people being accepted and just hoping to have pre-reqs waived (like micro or something). So I wouldn't expect them to budge after they've stressed this. For this very reason, my schedule last semester consisted of a 1-credit micro lab.

I have taken a micro lecture class in the past and i'm registered in a lab next term. Do you know if it's okay if the lecture and lab component are not grouped together?

One thing that might make a difference is the number of credit hours your A&P classes are set at. When I took them, the course title did not specify a lab component or put one separately (e.g. BIO 351L), but the course was 4 credits. I don't know how much effort they put into checking this sort of thing, but they would have had to have read the actual course description for my A&P to even know there was a lab. Just conjecture on my part.
