Hello,

I heard that some received a letter from financial aid after their interview. I got a hold of Fin-Aid since I never received one and they said that the only letter she knew about was one that went out to people who were newly accepted. So if you received one maybe that is a good sign

That's very interesting they would have mentioned that, since it basically completely undermines the Dec 1 restriction. Not that I'm doubting you; I'm not. Perhaps it was just a leak. I hope you're right, personally. When did you call and get this info?

I emailed them yesterday and received an email today stating that

Hmmm... another thought... it makes me wonder if they accidentally sent it out to whoever. I received mine on October 25... however, schools usually do the final selection process in November, don't they? So I'm thinking the letter might be a meaningless accident. I really hope I'm wrong, though. But it makes sense to me.

It's not true. I had my interview yesterday and while I was standing outside for my shuttle, I got the financial aid email. Now I am pretty sure that they didn't meet in next 5 mins after our group left to decide our fate..
