I have a question about Midwestern CPG's Letter of Recommendation requirements. On their website, it says:

3. Letters of Recommendation

Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation from two professionals directly to PharmCAS. MWU-CPG will only accept letters received directly from PharmCAS. It is preferred that one letter be written by a college professor who has actually taught the applicant or a prehealth advisory committee, science professor, or a health professional who knows the applicant well. Please refer to the PharmCAS application instructions for specific guidelines and requirements for submitting letters of recommendation. The deadline for submission of the letters of recommendation is February 15th.

PharmCAS allows up to 4 LoRs to be submitted. Please try not to facepalm at this question - If Midwestern says 2 LoRs, they really mean 2, right? I'm not missing the opportunity to strengthen my application by including another LoR - they'll only consider 2?

Since I'm making my very own thread anyway, I'm considering the following LoRs:
- Medical Director at the medical clinic where I have volunteered in the medication room for the last 2 years
- Either A&P lab & lecture professor (more recent & was willing to nominate me for a scholarship for A&P II costs - although it turns out the scholarship wasn't offered at the time 🙄) ... or O Chem professor (a year earlier, but O Chem was a bit more of a struggle / success story for me - she was my lecture prof for first semester & lab prof for second semester)... Both classes were an A.

I have worked at the same company (in several different capacities) for the last 7 years (in September), and I feel this is a unique strength on my application - professional positions, job stability, promotions. But apparently it's against company policy to write LoRs. :meanie: Whut, seriously? Anyway, I can probably find a previous supervisor who will write me one, but if it won't help anyway (since I can get the ones they specifically asked for), I won't go through the process.

Apologies if this should be posted elsewhere, or had already been answered. I did some digging but couldn't find anything recent.
