AMCAS rounds, so a 3.747 is a 3.75. I really doubt that anyone cares about a 0.01 increase. I'm sure there is a GPA difference where they will see a difference, but it's not 0.01.
 
No. They have better things to worry about than to question if the guy who got a 3.727 really deserves to be in their school when their average is a 3.74.

But I'm going to ask anyway…

Do med schools care if your total cGPA is 3.818 vs. 3.83? Or if your total sGPA is 3.747 vs. 3.76? Does the difference even matter? Because if I want to reach the 3.83 and 3.76, I'd have to take like 6 extra science credits in one semester…that are not even required for my major.
 
Doesn't matter what your GPA is if you tank your MCAT... have you taken that yet?
