The purpose is the only thing that truly unites current, past and future MilMed docs...the patients. Hopefully it’s the main reason we all signed up in the first place.
I think we are all going to be forced to focus a little more on the active duty ones and less on their families or retirees. This is the big issue I have with way forward as it looks right now: Even lower volume of patients for physicians and the beneficiaries are going to be treated like crap out in town due to tricare reimbursement (or lack thereof) .
All I can do right now is focus on the patients that I do see and try to block out the BS.
