Military-only opportunities?

Hi guys. Thanks for answering ahead of time.

What sort of interesting/unique opportunities are available to physicians in each branch? For example, CCATTs or GSTs in the Air Force. Also would love to hear about non-operational opportunities like courses or professional opportunities.

I'm pretty early in my research still and would love to learn a bit more to differentiate the opportunities of each branch and would love to know of some of the "cooler" options available for a career path.
