Military Pay?

When I come out of civilian residency, what will I get paid, I know the BAH depends on where you are.... but when do you recieve the specailty bonus based on your specialty. It would be great to be able to use it towrds a house...

Additional Special Pay (ASP) usually comes in July, or when you start your active duty time. That is $15K
Incentive Special Pay (ISP) - Based on specialty and usually comes around Oct.

Is that $15K each year or just a one time payment at the start of active duty? The ISP is yearly though correct? Both taxable right?

Both are yearly. I get my ASP every July and my ISP every Oct.
