Minimum Step 1 score

I was just curious from your experience what a minimum Step 1 score has been to get into an EM residency, with the realization that other factors are involved in the placement process. Thanks.

As the others are trying to point out...you just need to pass step 1.

I read an interesting article this summer in Anals of Emergency Medicine. It was the compilation of surveys sent out to all EM program directors asking what they valued in an aplicant. What I noticed was that grade in EM, other clinical grades and Step 2 scores were all more important than step 1. If anyone knows the article and can provide citation then that would be great.

Even at score happy programs it is usually the better of your step 1/2 score that is considered.
