MINNESOTA Dental Students...wondering about your dean!

I go to OSU and we just found out that the former Minnesota Dean is coming to take over OSUCOD.

Can anyone tell me anything about Dr. Patrick Lloyd? Does he have a clear direction and vision? Is he personable? Why did he leave? It bothers me that he supports dental therapy programs...has that been an issue at the Minnesota COD?

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

everything that I have heard about the new OSU dean is through doctors in our clinic who are MN alums. All I heard through the grapevine was that MN dental students and faculty alike were glad he was asked to leave. This information is, however, coming by a word of mouth chain of unknown length and credibility.

I should ask around for more details. I'll repost if I hear anything of substance.
