Do you guys know how much bearing an institutional action for a minor conduct violation has on your app? It doesn't appear on my transcript or anything. It's viewed as a sort of deferred adjudication at my school. Once I graduate, it'll be as if it never happened. In fact, most med schools would only know about it if I disclose it because it's a locked file. I'd have to sign a waiver specifying who can view what before anyone can get this sort of information. I'm definitely going to disclose the info though because I don't want AMCAS or some school to invoke the "legitimate educational interest" clause in FERPA on me and bite me one day.
