Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone can help me.

In 2002 I was convicted of petty theft (I expunged it as soon as possible). I just graduated from pharmacy school and am getting ready to take my exams. I just received an email from California BOF stating that my application is being placed on "hold" and can take up to 90 DAYS for approval!!! my residency site wants me to be licensed by October. Does it really take 90 days? Will my misdemeanor effect me getting my license?

Thank you in advance for helping

i don't know the answer to this question but october is more than 90 days away.

I'd personally just call and ask them. I'm not saying act oblivious as to what the hold is for, but still ask them just to see if y'all are on the same page. Then ask them how long do things like this usually take.

Nevermind. since this hasn't been locked in days, I'm actually interested and will ask. What is it did you steal? Was it worth it? Was it like a loaf of bread jean-valjean style? (If so, please disregard my current avatar)
