Mission trip opportunities?

Does anyone know of any dental mission trips/volunteer work in the NJ/NY/PA area? I want to volunteer on weekends doing something along these lines. I don't want to start a discussion about the mission trips where students were doing unethical tooth extractions etc. I am not looking for that. I just want to get involved volunteering where dentistry is needed, helping out as I can by supporting dentists, etc.. It doesn't need to be anything abroad. Something locally would be just as rewarding. Message me or post a response if you know of anything.
