Mistake on AMCAS

So , I've already finished my amcas, was looking it over , and made the mistake of clicking the *to present* button on one of my lab activities which I ended over a year ago. Should I contact each school and speak of this discrepancy? I am guessing yes. If so, what channels do I operate in?
