Most of the SEE and ACE questions cannot be answered in one minute!
Maybe they should make it MOCA 3-Minute. The Googlers will skew the data if there's a longer time limit, but that's not really a problem if the intent is ongoing CME, and not a test that can be scored and a pass/remediate decision made. Unfortunately I think the ABA wants to do the latter.

There were some good questions in MOCA Minute. But too few, and too repetitive. Seriously, even in that small pool, there were 3 or 4 different questions about kidney protection. Someone at the ABA must really care about euvolemia.

If the ABA uses the ACE questions then the Anesthesiologist should have reviewed that question and material prior to taking the MOCA exam. This means the 60 second limit to answer the question could be left as is or increased to 90 seconds. The intent of CME and showing ongoing competence would clearly be demonstrated with the ACE questions each year.
