I was perusing the 76 p. policy book of the ABA and it mentioned you can get cited for irregular behavior.

Anybody know how you can safely not run afoul of this regulation? Do you think they monitor your computer? I thought this was like a open book test type of deal.

Irregular examination/MOCA Minute behavior means any conduct that, in our sole discretion, may jeopardize the integrity or validity of any ABA examination process or result, including but not limited to cheating, misappropriating, copying, or reproducing any element of an examination for personal use or the use of a third party without our explicit and specific written consent. We consider that irregular examination/MOCA Minute behavior demonstrates unsatisfactory essential attributes related to the competency of professionalism.

I don't understand the concern. Cheating and copying/reproducing tests are pretty standard no-no's.

I don't think it is supposed to be open book, as I assumed the 60 second time limit was also to discourage cheating.

They are no-no’s in college too but isn’t that half the reason to join a frat?

If you need to look up these easy questions in order to pass, you deserve to have your certification pulled.

Is that what your definition of Irregular is? It really isnt defined that I can find.

I think you're way overthinking it. Every once in a while during a slow call shift or autopilot case, log on with your phone and do a few questions.

Fin.

Don't make it harder than it has to be.
That could be irregular behavior, using your smart phone during the case.
