I’ve seen them about three times (if we include the ones you saw, which I didn’t see). All of the time it was late (2-4am?) when most (all?) moderators weren’t around.

I'm not sure what the point of buying a fake diploma would be, anyway. I've attended grad school and held professional jobs. Not once have I been asked to present a diploma to an employer or school.

People ask for your transcript if they want to confirm your education. They don't ask to see your diploma.
