Hey all, just had a quick question. I was looking at the programs available on ERAS right now and the University of South Florida, Moffit Cancer center, the only track available is:

"followed by 4 years of advanced training (Preliminary)"

and then a text book that says:

"If you are applying to the Preliminary training, you may indicate your PGY-2 Specialty interest(s) here:"

Does anyone know what this means, is Moffit taking applications this year? Through ERAS?
Thanks all!

As far as I know, they are going through ERAS.

Hey, I actually checked with them and they had this to say:

"We will NOT be interviewing this fall or next. We have filled our spots
for 2009-2010 and have our first ACGME site visit not until January
2010. By the time we get approved to increase our resident complement
(we are maxed out at six right now), we will have to hire PGY-2's
outside the match sometime between March and June 2010 for a July 1,
2010 start date."

So don't waste your money applying this cycle folks.

Good luck all!
