I'm currently taking a biochem course and, ridiculously, the prof makes all the past exams private. So prep for exams mainly consists of just reviewing notes over and over again, which is super boring and not very effective, especially when exams for this course are focused on our application and problem-solving. The course text by Weaver doesn't even have any useful problem-solving or application type of questions similar to what the prof puts on exam. I searched the web but I couldn't find any helpful websites containing tutorials or additional practice problems. On the other hand, for other courses like orgo, there were some really helpful websites and books (especially Klein's for orgo). I don't know why this isn't the case for molecular bio.
Could I please get some recommendations for books, websites, self-help books, etc. for molecular biology that contain useful problems and corresponding answers related to topics like making a gene knockout in an organism, doing protein fusion, restriction mapping, etc.?
Thanks.
