molecular genetics

im good with the transcription/translational stuff, but i am weak on passages that integrate PCR/electrophoresis and things to this nature (kaplan topical test destroyed me). what is the best source of practice in this subject? i have kaplan online and all of EK's stuff (including 1001)

Check out "cookbooks" such as Current Protocols for Molecular Biology or Molecular Cloning (CSHL Press) from your university library. Both these go over theory and may help you with visualizing how the methods work.
