When you are in residency, how do you find out about moonlighting jobs?

Ask when you get there. Either current residents or your faculty will point you in the right direction. Since you're apparently not there yet, don't worry about it.

Yeah, the seniors will clue you in. They groups that use moonlighters may even come looking for you.
