Hey, what's up? I first want to thank you for your help and advice, you were definitely a great tour guide, and fun to hang with. Second of all, I GOT IN! :D :D I seriously can't believe it! Touro was my first interview, and I was so damn nervous. Whew, that is a load off my back! Anyway, I have about a zillion and a half questions for you, so I hope you don't mind. As you probably know, the acceptance letter is very thin, with no informative info included. So, how do I go about finding housing, getting info on the curriculum, getting to know the faculty, blah blah. Am I going to receive a packet as soon as my $2000 is received, or is there something else going on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am also in need of some major guidance. I really liked Touro, and am looking forward to the next few years where most of the construction will take place. If I may be so forward, why did YOU choose Touro? What other schools did you interview at, and what was it about Touro that sold you on the school? I just want to make an informative decision, and figured you were the best person to ask, being the top dog of 2004 and everything! ;) Anyway, I want to thank you again for the wonderful tour, and am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Good luck w/ classes! :p

First of all, its great that you got in! I am so happy for you!

As for me being the top dog, well I don't know about that. I'll do my best to answer your questions though. As for getting to know the faculty, don't worry about that. You'll see plenty of them when you get here. Maybe youcould come to the summer lecture series if you are in the area over the summer. I hope you decide to go to Europe or something instead, school will take a long time get as much fun out of life as you can. Your life won't be over after you start school, but your opportunities to play for a month will come much less often.
Most of the info you get will be via e-mail when the whole class is further along in the process. Like I said about housing, its up in the air till march at least. If you are gonna live off campus start looking soon. There are apt guides on line, and the people most happy with thier apts live in Benicia, cuz its as close to school as some parts of Vallejo.
As for why I went to TUCOM, it had a lot to do with location. There were students in Vegas I could talk to that said that even though the school was new they thought they were getting a great education. That combined with my ability to go to so many places for my 3rd and 4th years(including Vegas)and the chance to live in the bay area for a while made the decision easy. I diidn't interveiw anywhere else since I got my answer back from TUCOM quickly and it was my 1st choice(though I payed a visit to COMP beforehand). Since I arrived, my education has been the priority of the school and hasn't dissappointed me at all. The professors here are great, and far overshadow the growing pains of the school. TUCOM just seemed to fit me, I hope you like it as much as I do.

E-mail me and I'll send you my # , cuz I type r-e-a-l slow.

Hope this helps
:D
