Why don't you just start threads about something you're interested in and see what happens?

Nemo, things tend to run in cycles here. Because alot of posters are starting internships, there will be lots of housing/forms/books posts. Later, there will be other kinds of posts about learning curves, etc. Hang out for awhile, and start threads on things that interest you, as Womansurg suggested.

If you want more academic stuff, maybe try medscape.
