There are no more HPSP slots available. All the alternates have been selected. Those are the news :/

From what I gather, there are a lot more people on the OML who aren't gonna any offer. Way more than those lucky few who are high enough on the wait list to get either a 3 or 4 year offer. Sucks that so many people are jumping on the HPSP band wagon this year!

Anybody else hear anything from their recruiter? I think my recruiter is avoiding me because he usually responds to my emails promptly.

The secret code of HPSP recruiters (at least the two I dealt with):

1) Good news = Phone call

2) "I need something asap because I lost the 3 previous version you gave me" = text message

3) Bad news = avoidance and eventually maybe an email


But then again, they were always notoriously bad at communication in general if they didn't initiate it.
